Delicious Crepe Style Pancakes with a Creamy Mushroom & Garlic Sauce

Happy Pancake Day!
If there is one day I love just as much as Christmas its Pancake Day! Honestly I could eat pancakes all day everyday and its a recipe I love to share on here-whether thats my Perfect Sunday Morning Pancakes or My Ultimate Vegan Pancake Recipe. Today, I wanted to share a SAVORY pancake recipe with the most deliciously creamy dairy free filling you ever did try.

Serves 2-Time 15 minutes
Method:
1. Chop up your mushrooms, garlic cloves.2. Add your mushrooms, garlic, cream cheese and almond milk to saute/frying pan with 5 sprays oil.
3. Heat mixture on a medium heat with a lid covering it and leave to simmer.
4. After 5 mins add the Spinach, cooking for a further 2 mins.
5. Measure out 100g rye flour, add 100g aquafaba, and 1 tbsp agave syrup and 5 tbsp almond milk.
6. In another pan with low edges, heat 5 sprays of oil.
7. Add two tbsp of your pancake mixture and swirl around until a thin layer covers the pan. Heat until matte looking all over and then flip-I use a spatula but if you r are a pro go for the flip!
8. Repeat steps 5-7 until the mixture has gone. Go to your garlic mushrooms and spoon onto the warm crepes.
7. Serve & enjoy!

Ooh this is such an interesting idea! I'd never even thought to put that kind of sauce with a pancake but I'm much more of a savoury lover than a sweet one so this sounds like it'd be tasty for me!

Oh yum! I was talking about savoury pancakes with someone the other day, I've never actually tried them savoury as I usually just drench mine in syrup haha. It's something that definitely intrigues me though. I love anything garlic and mushroom so I feel like I'd fall in love with this x
